Fix something on my Prestashop site

Hello, I need to make some fixes on my Prestashop site named [login to view URL] 1) It must be fixed the menu making it more small in height and I want put it immediately after the top of the slide and must be remain attached at the top of the window as you can see here [login to view URL] If you have also some good idea to make it more nice shure is good. 2) Then I notice that in Chrome if I connect to the home page I see that on the right of the address bar there is an icon with a red X and if I hover over it says "this page is trying to load scripts from sources authenticated. The provider says that this happen when you load content (scripts/images) via HTTP in your sourcecode when the page is loaded via HTTPS. This must be checked within the page itself. 3) When I open the customer service it says "imap is not installed on this server" also if I have setted the parameters in the imap section, so it must be fixed. 4) Fix better the tags H1, H2, and H3 5) And I would like that the possibility to select the usergroup of a member (generally to select a different usergroup you have to enter in him profile) from the customer service list of messages 6) And remove the email address by letting only the name of the customer , when you open a message in the customer service (it is near the name of who have sent the message to the customer service) I need that the work start immediately for a fast delivery also because are all simple things. I will select the best bid that will dimonstrate to be good to instaurate a long work relationship also for the future because I have many works to do. Regards to everybody
