"I am ok with a central hub commanding the drones if onboard coding is too complicated." What will the UAV & subsea drones do? Mapping, surveillance, transportation? I don't get the AI idea very well, but may you want these drones to do their functions as a team using the swarm theory? Or could an operator drives them together? "I also have 2 mechanical engineers who are working on some specialized equipment that will be mounted on the Drones" Did you make the drones? Or are they a commercial brand?
