If you CAN'T give me exact deadline. I don't need someone saying that "we can do it in 21 days" and you end up doing in 4 months.
If you are looking for payment upfront. I can only pay minimum of $50 and that is when I have seen the work started and I see the progress.
If you have continuous issues with your server and you use excuses such as " there was a technical problem and we couldn't get the job done".
-If you are going to give me "HYBRID APP" .
-If you are going to use WORDPRESS, thirdparty tools and stuff like these.

PLEASE DO BID on this PROJECT if two or more of the following APPLY TO YOU:
-You have significant experience in database management and you can connect front and backend.
Database management includes everything, from data formating till input mask.
-You know how to design Android and IOS app. And you know how to place Ads(dynamic).
-You are able to design a simple and elegant website.
-YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO CONNECT FRONT END WITH BACK END
-You have knowledge about auto complete, adding security code through phone feature.
-You can add "STRIPE" as payment gateway.
-You know how to send confirmation emails when a user submit a form. So the confirmation email goes to the user and the admin.
-You know how to add tracking cookies to enhance customer's experience.
-You know how to design "ADMIN" and "SUPERADMIN" panel. For this you'll need a website(user can't work on admin panel on the phone so website is needed).
-You know how to design a dashboard.
-You are going to give me 12months of maintence service.
-You have reviewed following website before applying/bidding.
