Its a Higher management level report I am expecting with less detail and organised plan to be presented to Higher management. the task is to make a plan with an idea as an artificial intelligence managemnt that must be implemented within six months. the idea must be something that would be of good use to the community and the nation. How to implement Artificial to raise the physical ability of the police officers. and having focus points to strengthen the power that is guarding the nation. come into a point like a booth that will be equipped to have the following inputs: -scan eye print to identify the person is from the force and under which department to identify what is required from him to achieve in the test, also have his -medical and physical condition history. -weight and length ( will calculate the BMI and all nessary information) -will be tagged to have him monitored through the whole examination process to now his effectiveness and training skill and have that data input in the system. this will help in saving time and better identifying the force instead of only depending on the ID picture only and having a better and clear scope for the police to know where to make there focus trainings and on which people and the reasons behind there weak performance. how to enhance there physical condition by making better condition at there work place and enhancing there work environment. Identifying according to age, weight and people with special medical condition. to identify the minimum performance expected in every test plan the deadline of implementing the system is in 6 months period of time. budget risks schedule (gantt chart with mile stone) stakeholders
