As an Operations professional with 8 years of experience I understand the life and the understated 'glory' of running a smooth machine behind the scenes to help deliver on company's 'what, why, and who'. In my operational experience I have managed both projects and daily operations, including:
- redesigning existing workflows to be compliant with new regulations
- automating manual workflows and consistently identified opportunities where technology can be leveraged to reduce risk, improve efficiencies, or increase accuracy
-creating procedures and workflows for functional areas, managing training and post-implementation handoff from project team to production team
- handling multiple priorities with the right balance between what is urgent and what is important
- tracking progress, issues (via JIRA, yes)
- successfully managing relationships with stakeholders/clients, developers, functional teams. I believe communication and relationships are key foundation to building sustainable meaningful business.
