There are 3 scripts. Any language can be used but these scripts will run on Windows (Server 2016/2019 Windows 10) with Windows Task Scheduler. Python is preferred but not required. Powershell can also be used. You can choose the first 2 scripts or all 3. I will provide a fresh Windows Server for development and testing. The first Script is to create a new instance(s) and install a script to the instance(s) while also deleting any currently "running" instances on AWS LightSail. The second Script is to create a new instance(s) and install a script to the instance(s) while also deleting any currently "running" instances on AWS EC2. The third Script is to assign 1 new static (elastic) IP address to a defined running instance.
