I need a program (source code) that can - open a 3ds file - loop starts - renders 3ds file - set a background image - takes a snapshot of the image and saves it as jpg and/or png - write location (X,Y) and Width and Height of the OBJECT not the image into a text file like (image_name, x,y,w,h) - change increase angle 5 and zoom and background image - loop back I prefer python code however let me know if you can solve this with another language. It should run on mac and linux...

Hi. My approach would be to write this program in Unity3D for better shading, and it can deploy for both platforms mac and linux, even web gl. The source code can be opened with unity and it's a free engine. Let me know if you're interested.
