Help in solving a postgress issue on docker

Hi I can fix the issue if you can tell me the issue in bit more detail. I am a Sr. Linux Admin, Unix Admin, System Admin, Storage Admin, Server Admin, Virtualization Admin as well as Database Admin having hands-on proven experience over the past 11 years on different Linux flavors.
