Human shape recognition opencv python

We need to build an OpenCV human shape detection recognition system. From that we need to estimate measures of the chest, waist, abdomen, arms and legs so that the algorithm can detect when a person has lost weight in an efficient way. Python is preferred.
The algorithm will have gender and height (in cm or in) as inputs, as well as 2 photos based on your recommendation. Some of the options we're considering are attached.
The deliverables we expect to obtain are: Source code and a python function which based on the inputs returns a dictionary with measures for all 12 points (see attached photo), eg: { 'type':'cm', 'abdomen': 90.00 , 'waist': 90.00 , 'right_arm': value, 'left_arm': value, 'right_leg': value, 'left_leg': value, ... }
