R language: DTW for Financial TS with unequal time length

Needing help to program a code to do a time series analysis and search of patterns with DTW. Once clear if the two time series have similar trends (patterns), I want to make predictions using Granger Causality Test, to see if I can make sound predictions about the other market. This would be made exclusively with R. I have two time series with different length in time.
