I need working ETL pipeline automation in Azure

I'm a Sr. Cloud Engineer with 6 years of experience on Azure & Windows server administration. In my experience I've worked on implementing and supporting many scenarios in cloud. I have extensive knowledge on implementing solutions in Azure from scratch. In my current role, I've worked on different aspects of cloud which includes but not limited to Networking, Virtual Machines, Web Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, App service environments, Azure Security, Powershell, Azure Automation & Runbooks, Azure Storage, Azure SQL & Elastic Pools, Azure data factory, Azure Load Balancers, Azure Recovery Services Vault, Azure Application Gateways, Azure Log Analytics & OMS Dashboards, Jenkins, Octopus deploy

I can leverage either Data Factory or SSIS packages via Intergration Services in SQL Azure Database. As long as the files are consistent we should have no problems importing on a regular schedule.

I am a microsoft certified BI developer with 10 + years of experience of working with ETL and BI tools such as SSIS , SSAS , Azure ETL , Pervasive , Informatica , castiron , SAP Bods , SAP BO , OBIEE etc .
