I completely understood what exactly you want. I just wants to say, no doubt it could be done by using Machine learning but it would be lengthy. There's also an alternative to do the same. I will deleiver this project to you within 3 days. I have 2+ years of experience in Image processing, machine learning and Deep learning. But I recommend to use tessaract api, which is much good and saves a lot of time. So, if you give me a chance to proof myself, I will deliver it you within only 3 days and in minimum budget.
