Write script to download BingAds reports using Python

We are looking for a person who has experience with BingAds Python SDK and knows how to automate downloading of specified reports.
(see the attached file for full requirements)
We need to run an automated script on schedule (CRON) that will download several reports using BingAds API and store them as CSV. The script should be easy to understand and modify for a person with knowledge of Python and easy to integrate into our data processing pipeline. It should run on AWS infrastructure (in Linux environment or, ideally, as a Lambda function) and should not require any manual intervention to run under normal circumstances.
It will either deliver a CSV with requested report or return an error if a problem occurs.
Further we would like working examples for scripts that can
- perform offline conversion upload (from CSV to Bingads)
- download the first page bid estimates per keyword for all keywords in an adgroup
- label keywords or adgroups
