We're looking for a group or individual who can produce high quality enviroment object packs for Unreal Engine 4.
The game will be a first person shooter, produced by a small indie team on a tight budget.
Each pack will make up 1 level, the size of each level will be 505 x 505, in total we will require a minimum of 10 packs, so this will lead to ongoing work.
In the near future we will also require weapon packs and playable characters with animations

To get started we would like the first pack to have an Industrial theme and look abandoned and old, example material can be supplied.
We will require :
5 large buildings with 3 to 4 floors, each building must have multiple entry/exits and a balcony in places with fire escape stairs, the walls in some places must be destructible, interior and exterior walls can be blown open and include roof access.
10 medium sized buildings with 1 or 2 floors,the walls in some places must be destructible, interior and exterior walls can be blown open and include roof access, balcony also required in some places and with fire escape stairs.
10 small buildings, such as storage tanks/silos, sheds and storage areas.
5 types of walls in various sizes, with at least 1 damaged version and a gate.
5 types of fences in various sizes, with at least 1 damaged version and a gate.
A variety of pipes and ventilation of various angles, some small and some large enough for a playable character to enter, with at least 1 hole to be used for entry.
Road, path and sidewalk components for modular and/or spline set up.
Catwalks for joining the rooftops.
Various foliage, 5 types of trees and other smaller bushes and plants.
50+ props to be added, including folk lift trucks, skips, large and small bins, wooden crates, traffic cones, rubbish piles, random debris and other items to make the level feel natural.
A variety of working destructible interior and exterior lights, including street lights, traffic lights and fire exit signs along with interior lighting.
All source files must be sent when the project is completed and any errors discovered later must be corrected.5
