I'm a local indonesian, I'm familiar with my hometown specialty which range from various vegetables to a specific spices around the market. There is a lot of traditional market around my area with a different product to sells which mean a lot of material for me to researches, I like to take a walk around the places to try various dish, street food, especially the traditional one.
