Complete medical progress notes: Transcribei

I am Mr. Pervis and I am a medical provider and I have my own family medicine practice.i also see patients in the nursing home and rehabs as well. I see a lot of patients daily which makes it easy to fall behind in documentation which is where I need your help I have a deadline for timely filing by 10 am tomorrow morning. I have approximately 300 notes that I need to complete. The good news is that they are on paper and can be done electronically (i.e. edit the template electronically). I will need someone to complete the survey I've part (i.e. write 3 sentensse for the HPI). My physical exam is standard as I do the same ohysical and chart by exception. Which means for the majority of these notes the physical can be precompleted by you .lastly I will need someone to document the plan which is about 2 sentences .Then once completed email them to me If you know about ICD 10 codes there's is also an opportunity to get an additional 75 to 100 dollars on, just ask me if interested
