PROJECT CHANGE TRINGLE (PCT), Executive report in memo format

Utilize the Prosci Project Change Triangle (PCT) framework to evaluate a project (preferably ongoing) in an organization (preferably your own). Resources: PCT overview: [login to view URL] PCT tool: [login to view URL] Deliverable:     PCT memo: executive report in memo format, ≤ 2 single-spaced pages  (see syllabus appendices) + limited appendices as appropriate (e.g., PCT) Your memo should utilize the following outline supported by details from an appendix:     Briefly describe the organization and project evaluated (additional project details can be provided within an appendix if necessary).     Assess each of the three corners of the PCT:         Leadership/Sponsorship         Project Management         Change Management     Assess the overall health of the particular project or initiative using the PCT Assessment Profile.     Develop, and justify, a recommendation on how the project change management process can be (or could have been) improved.
