Virtual Server Manager(For a Game to be hosted)

I'm in current production of a video game to be linked through Facebook. The Fanpage has already been created, and the virtual server, I currently have ownership to it, but I need help because I am not that experienced with the programming languages on [login to view URL](server) Therefore, I need a programmer who could program RUBY ON RAILS ONLY, and be able to: 1) Help my game developers host the game files on server 2) provide the game developers with access information 3) Assist the game developers with any problems they may have. 4) Do not focus on the creative or business details of the game, only focus on building the app on my server...i have a subdomain folder, as well, and I need for the game developers to use this subdomain folder. 5) With all Server/Storage Concerns the Game Game development started today Jan 16th, 2011. Therefore I am looking to hire an experienced server programmer to MANAGE the GAME BEING HOSTED ON SERVER. The language is Ruby on Rails. Tyre.
