Web projects promotion and marketing

Hello, We are seeking for people with good promotion and marketing skills and abilities. This initial project is supposed to find the right person(s) for internet (or media) marketing. Requirements: - bid $20 - describe what you can do for $20 ( i.e. submit websites to 10 search engines and make sure they appear, submit to 500 internet catalogs, submit to 10 blogs, refer some number of visitors to the site through some webresource's customers, etc) We suppose that winning bidder should have one of the next or couple abilities: - good web/media marketing/promotion expirience; - good contacts; - access to many webresources; Brief description of projects you will have to promote: (i dont place links initially, but I will send on request): - the first one is related to the new math and software (online web service) that allows lottery players to skip playing at least 31% of junk lottery numbers (we have 4 videos completed for this project to promote it at the web or at media resources); - the second one is business related project that uses newly developed finance approaches and methods, it should give many people opportunities to get big outcome for small investments; However, this bid is limited to the "job for $20" and is not a warranty for feature contracts. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
