Commission based tele-sales

Due to expansion, we are seeking Sales Consultants to work on a commission only basis while the business builds. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will use your sales abilities to promote the services of our Associates, in return for a commission per sale. You will need to use your skills and persuasion to get yourself in contact with the key decision makers of organisations, usually the HR or Employee Wellbeing Director. Sales are not always instant but are about forming a trusting, long-term relationship with the result of securing the sale. We will provide initial leads and if you have pre-existing leads you are more than welcome to use those too. As a self- employed position, you will choose when you work within reason and how often you work and are free to undertake other employment. We do however require you to represent our company and our associates in a professional manner. Due to the nature of the calls, you would need to choose your working hours between 9 am to 5 pm UK time to get in contact with potential clients. Previous experience in this area is advantageous, an excellent command of English is essential. Please respond to the following questions in your application Do you have any sales experience?
