Having taken in calls from customers in North America for companies such as AT&T U-verse, Dish Network and Samsung Tasks handled include but are not limited to the following: - Assisting customers in fixing technical concerns with their electronic products such as LED TV's, Laptops, wired and wireless speakers and soundbars. - Assisting customers with concerns regarding their account status. - Assisting customers with setting up and providing information on their scheduled repair or tech visits. - Assisting customers with inquiries about available products and services offered. Email based or non-voice tasks is preferred but is negotiable depending on the client needs.

I just finished a part-time job with Waking up app as email support representative. I have been with the call center industry for 5years and held a different position for that matter like customer related technical support. sales and recently did my part-time job (home based) as help desk support or email/chat support. I don't mind about working below the expected salary, I really love what I'm doing. I am flexible with the time too!
