Hire a Lead Generator (Oct 2018)

I have a portfolio of 1,277 domain names to sell. The portfolio originally consisted of 1,362 domain names corresponding to towns and suburbs throughout Australia. To date, 85 domain names have been successfully sold. I am seeking assistance as follows: a) on a daily basis, the Freelancer is to do research on up to 3 domain names, identifying suitable targets for each domain name (real estate agents, property developers, shopping centres, existing businesses sharing a similar name, etc). Suitable targets can be sourced from [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Google Search, ASIC, WhoIs, etc b) The Freelancer is to provide to me a spreadsheet with the basic contact details for each target identified above so that contact can be made via email and/or phone. It is important that the details of the Director/ Principal/ Decision Maker are captured, not just the generic details for the front desk (ie. I need [login to view URL]@[login to view URL] on 0411 114 444, NOT info@[login to view URL] on 03 9888 8822) Based on my experiences doing this work myself, steps (a) and (b) above can take anywhere from 0.5-2 hours per domain name. I am seeking bids per domain name, not for the whole portfolio. I expect that the Freelancer should be able to provide 5 to 30 leads leads per domain name and I am happy to share my knowledge and tips with the Freelancer to get them started and point them in the right direction. I want to be provided with leads for 5-7 domain names within the portfolio each week, so that I can email those leads regarding that particular domain name and then have enough time to also follow them up. If I am happy with the work and it yields results, then happy to talk about a bonus/ commission
