Assignment: Who are we? We are small czech company specialized on investments in real estate, their valuation and subsequent sale. We operate only in Czech Republic, mainly in Prague. We have already realized many transactions in the aggregate amount almost reaching 10 million USD. Company and its founders invest and build only in localities, that they perfectly know, and that is the reason, why you can found their projects mostly in Prague. We are choosing underrated or overlooked real estate, we are rebuilding or renovating them with top class architects and we are returning them their shimmering shine. Amount of added value from our side is very high and many real estate went through unrecognizable change. Our company is an equity investor, that is using its own capital and capital of multiple banks or private investors. In order to achieve the best results, it selects projects in which it can maximize the experience and knowledge of its expert team. Who are we serching for? Company focused on: Investment counseling or Wealth management, focusing on clients with high retail (100 - 500k USD in investment assets) The companies we are looking for should be small, they should have maximum of 50 sellers. The company must offer investments in foreign countries (outside of USA), the best case would be company specialized on this kind of investments. The company have to present at least one other investment opportunity on their website. That is our condition to begin any kind of cooperation. What should be the outcome: List of 100 companies with contact on a person, that deals with new investment opportunities. By the term “contact”, it is meant: First name Last name E-mail adress LinkedIn profile (if exists) Functional phone number with right country code State, where the company is located Exact adress of Headquarters Web page of the company The list can not contain huge companies like JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, BNY Mellon etc... The list should be containing rather small companies, as it is in request of this task.
