Seen Job Description:  Sales Executive London, United Kingdom We’re looking for passionate closers. If you love chasing and closing deals, you are the right candidate for us. Seen Sales Executives develop genuine relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and sells to those needs. We’re looking for sales reps who are winners, having shown consistent success exceeding quotas with previous sales roles.  Key Responsibilities • Successfully close new business through relationship-based selling  • Master the ability to evangelise the Seen story (Prince’s Trust supported)  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas  • Align Seen solutions with prospect business objectives/needs  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections  • Collaborate effectively with the account team and others to drive new business  • Proactively be mindful of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers REQUIREMENTS • Unmistakable desire for helping SMBs and passion for technology • Demonstrated leadership ability (we want natural leaders)  • Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals  • Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role, preferably software sales (SaaS) • Experience with targets and commission compensation structure  • Ability to confidentially and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including Director & MD’s) • Excellent written and verbal communications skills  • Highly organised and strong time management skills  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years business-to-business (B2B) software sales experience  • Proven success in entering new markets and closing / developing new business  • Consistent over-achiever in past positions  • Proven lead-management and sales cycle management skills BENEFITS Stunning opportunities for growth  Unlimited Holiday Time  Diverse, open and transparent culture Team outings & lunches Home away from home Seen is an equal opportunity employer. Willing to go outside of my comfort zone to close the sale. Keeping in touch with the client, prospecting and always keeping my pipeline full. Eager and have no problem with working extra hours. A good sales representative works around the clock, not on a 40 hr/week schedule, making sales by any means necessary. No experience in SaaS sales but computer savvy with 3 years in Computer Science in college. No fear of prospecting, putting all my focus in the task of calling during my power hours. My freelancer profile looks weak , but give me the chance and we will make a lot of money !
