PROJECT OVERVIEW: We are looking at hiring a salesforce developer to assist a non-profit company to deconflict between 2 salesforce based system: 1. Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) 2. Volunteer Management System (VMS) NPSP is the master data record holder, and VMS is the slave. This two software was originally built by 2 different salesforce consultant. However, the client wants to deconflict the fields, such that the data can synchronize from VMS into NPSP and vice-versa. DELIVERABLE: Successful deconflicting of 55 Fields to ensure smooth data synchronization between VMS and NPSP The spreadsheet of the fields to de-conflict is attached here: [login to view URL] where those in yellow are fields shown on the page layout of NPSP’s own contact object. The third column is VMS’s own field naming with some remarks within. At the current stage, VMS is in the sandbox environment while NPSP is in the production environment. Synchronization of data will happen when VMS goes live, and we foresee a lot of conflicts happening when VMS goes live - hence we require the salesforce consultant/developer to complete this deconflict job before we go live on the 1st Feb. PROJECT DEADLINE: The ideal deadline for this project is on January 31, 2020. Please note that: The budget stated is just a placeholder, we will consider the quote comprehensively including the best person for the job at the best quoted. You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal. 1. What would your approach be to deconflict these data sets? 2. State your fees, broken down into milestones and timelines

Hello, My approach is to use the API integration between these 2 Salesforce organization via REST API which fires periodically(Via scheduled batch jobs) in both the instances at different timings to pull the data from other org and update the fields on the objects based on its unique identification of contacts.
