Wowser, there's a whole heap of stuff there that's going to need changing. It shouldn't take more than a day or two to complete everything, and if you're satisfied with that, you can retain me to code you a template-based content system so that you can quickly and easily change the template for the entire site without having to manually edit every page.

That makes the validation a piece of cake and very user-friendly. I can make sure that the user enters all the needed information in the correct format and tell them to enter the information in a polite manner without losing their previous entry.
