Guaranteed PR5 & PR6 Links (if you got only 1 even contact me)

Hi NO AUTO POSTS! I only want want I ask for.. I want anyone who can offer guaranteed PR5 & PR6 links, if higher fantastic!. I dont mind if you only have access to 1 Pr5 or access to many, I want to hear from you. I can set new projects each time. Link Needs! On page with page rank 5+. Not just within a PR5 site. PERMANENT & ONE WAY No Java, FFA etc. Quality Websites of Over 2 years. No Redirects etc. Different IPs All the info of a good link, if you know the business you'l know! PAYMENT. I want a fair deal and be happy, also you need to be happy. We will agree a price. No payment will be made into escrow untill I see my link placed on the site or sites. I will then deposit 20% into escrow at this point. When site is cached I will release all money. Rest on completion. I will pay a bonus if links are still live 8 months after. If links are removed they are to be replaced asap. If site page rank disapears that my hard luck, you will NOT have to replace, as this is not a fault of yours.
