Die aktuelle Herpa-Collection umfasst mehr als 1.500 lieferbare Modelle die über den Modellfachhandel bzw. ein internationales Händlernetz zum Kunden kommen. Aktuell hat Herpa einen langjährigen Vendor Central Account auf Amazon. In den letzten Monaten haben wir unsere Anzeigen SEO-optimiert, also mehr und bessere Bilder, SEO-optimierte Artikelbezeichnung, Bulletpoints etc. Die umfangreichen Maßnahmen haben keinen messbaren Erfolg gezeigt. Wir suchen daher Untersützung bei: Entscheidung ob wir weiter auf die Vendor-Central setzen sollen, oder ob alternativ oder zusätzlich ein Seller Account sinnvoll wäre. Herpa hat Inhouse Logistik, und ist daher nicht zwingend auf die Logistik-Dienstleistungen von Amazon angewiesen. Ggf. Unterstützung bei der Neu-Verhandlung der aktuellen Verträge und insbesondere der von Amazon geforderten WKZ Aufbau eines Kommunikationskanals zu Amazon Deutschland, aktuell hat Herpa keine Kundenbetreuung bei Amazon Nach erfolgter Entscheidung (vendor central vs. seller account): Entwicklung einer Marketing-Strategie für Amazon, gemeinsame Definition eines Maßnahmenkatalogs zur Absatzsteigerung. Start- und Enddatum sind flexibel. Erste Abstimmung und Kennenlernen sollte am Standort in Dietenhofen erfolgen, die laufende Zusammenarbeit kann nach Möglichkeit gerne von einem anderen Ort aus erfolgen. Bei erfolgreicher Zusammenarbeit können wir uns längere Zusammenarbeit sowie eine Zusammenarbeit in weiteren E-Commerce-Projekten von Herpa sehr gut vorstellen. Unter anderem Conrad und Ebay und unser sich aktuell in der Entwicklung befindlicher neuer Webshop bedürfen, nach erfolgreicher Einstellung von Amazon, unserer Aufmerksamkeit. Wir freuen uns auf ein Match!
