Blog/ Website startup and Social media management ADVICE - Video chat

Hi, I am planning to start my own blog in health niche; and then, later on, spread the same to a website, video blog, and other social media platforms. So I have my initial contents to start with; articles, infographics, etc. I want professional advice on how to/ tips to start the different media platforms, starting from the blog; and also need advice on where to for certain media (for example web hosting, packages, etc.). So I want to video chat with some professional and brief him/her my idea. Then... What I want is a FULL guide/advice from top to bottom on how to carry on my blog (and other media) to a successful status. I know that it will take more than a year with hard work to move towards success. Type the word scope when starting your bid. Knowing that it will take time to establish, I want to have a better picture /idea of the things I have to deal with and spend-with on this course. The freelancer should be good at speaking English. And he/she should have enough knowledge and experience on what I have asked for, as I will ask many questions to get a clearer picture of what I am going to do.
