I am based in the UK and I have a teacher-training event in mid-March 2019 that needs promoting primarily to teachers in the London area. The event is mainly for educators of primary school and secondary school age students, but anyone can attend (if they pay). Because it is a CPD event (Continuing Professional Development), the schools should be paying for their teachers to attend, record and feedback to the rest of the school about what they have learned from their day of training. I have contact details for every school in England but, they are generic email addresses (info@..., office@... and so the list would be difficult to use with Mailchimp, Constant Contact or those types of sites. If you could get around that problem, it would help. I can produce more images if necessary (I am competent with Photoshop), I can produce a short video if needed (using iMovie), I can supply quotes and answer any relevant questions for Tweets, but I do not know how to use social media to advertise and promote an event to drive people to purchase tickets. There is no Facebook page specifically for this event yet although I have my own Facebook page. I have a Twitter account, Youtube account and Instagram account if needed. Obviously, I do not expect you to be working on this project every day for 25 days. I expect the successful Freelancer to assign me work to produce and content to create so that they can schedule posts and ads to appear over the 25-day period. In order for me to select the right Freelancer, I would like to know: (1) The bare elements of your campaign (2) Details of previous successful campaigns that are in any way similar to this one. (3) I would also like to know of any purchases you might need me to make in order to make this campaign successful. (4) You should also tell me what you will do over and above a basic advertising campaign. Or, what you would do differently from a Freelancer with minimal experience and skills.
