We are a newly established women's clothing brand, seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Developer to join our team. As a Social Media Content Developer, you will play a critical role in creating engaging content that connects with our target audience and helps to build brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the brand's vision and values
Create and curate engaging, visually appealing content for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Write captivating captions and hashtags to accompany each post
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to continually improve the brand's social media presence
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns and events
Analyse and report on the success of social media efforts, and use insights to inform future strategies
Requirements:
~Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
~ At least 1 year of experience in social media content development
~Excellent writing and communication skills
~Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
~Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and photo editing software
~A passion for fashion and creativity
