Social Media Guru Needed

We are in dire need of someone to manage our social media pages. We are an online marketing agency for companies in the travel agency and we are so swamped we aren't able to pay any attention to our social media accounts. Obviously this is a bad thing for an online marketing agency! So we need someone who can step in and take over. We want someone we can hire, get them on board with our vision for our pages, and then turn them loose and let them do their thing. We do not want to micromanage you. We may occasionally offer you input on your posts (like "we like those - do more of those" or "we don't like that, do less of that or delete that"), but for the most part we are looking for someone who we can tell our vision to and let them do what they are expert at doing - creating dynamic and engaging content for our social media profiles. The content should be focused on helping companies in the travel industry market themselves and their services/destinations.  HUGE plus if you can run ads for us on Facebook. We'll want about 5-7 posts a week on four or five different profiles, but they can all be the same posts so you can use a manager like HootSuite. We definitely want most, if not all, posts to include an image. We'll also want at least one or two posts a week driving traffic to our website, and our profiles SEO'd in general.
