SaaS application (service marketplace, ad network - ongoing work)

Hello, I'm looking for a SaaS application developer (individual prefrably) who can work with me to develop various applications that I've got in mind; this is an ongoing project so you would be working 20-40 hours/week. Here is a litmus test to see if you qualify for this job: 1) You should have developed a SaaS app of some scale before (not a website) 2) You message me with examples of your past work 3) You understand APIs - how to create them and also integrate the apps with other apps 4) If you can make android and iphone apps as well, that's an advantage 5) You should have a very good work ethic. 6) You are available on Skype and can voice and video chat when needed 7) You must be fluent in English 8) If you understand Agile and Lean development, that's an added bonus 9) Last but the most important, you should be a coding wiz and know PHP, MySQL, Javascript and related frameworks on the back of your hand and to confirm that, ask yourself, will you be able to build the following applications without the help of anyone else? a) [login to view URL] b) [login to view URL] c) [login to view URL] d) [login to view URL] e) [login to view URL] (all their applications) f) [login to view URL] Remember, we are looking for a full time person; we don't have a technology team yet (because we are marketers) and given that you know what you're doing, you will be in a few months time get a chance to even lead a team of other developers who you will be looking for. Find attached the description of the first application we want built; you will note, that apart from the first version of the application, we also want the base code built (which will support all the applications we want to build around that - more details mentioned in the document attached) Please bid for the first version of the application + the base code; also remember, we are very particular about the delivery and shipping our products - we have been talking to other companies and they have quoted us max of 2.5 weeks for this but regardless, also mention how much time you will take for this..
