I've studied programming for 5 years. My favourite language is Java and I've already develope some software with it like a simple MIDI Editor or a accounting software for a company.

We have developed many projects in Information Retrieval domain. We have developed keyword based search systems with value additions like spell suggestions, custom ranking methods, dynamic summary, hit highlighting .etc. We also developed indigenous algorithms for information retrieval. As we are new to freelancer platform, we are looking for opportunities rather than money. We already have building blocks developed in java to support Information Retrieval projects. As we have domain knowledge as well as implementation expertise in Information Retrieval we feel we can do a better job for this project.

Create a Java GUI Desktop application in which you can select a directory with the word documents and an input file with the word list (like CSV or something like that), after the search process, the result must be appear as a list in the main content pane of the window application, you can export the result to a txt file.
