Build a vba tool

I would like to build a tool that will allow us to better manage our user lists and service Providers. Function: I would like an excel to hold the following data: List of all teams List of all users in those teams List of all service providers contracted with those teams and the budgets Contact details at service providers Email text The above data we need to be manually Changeable and updateable. I would like to press a button and the file calculates which teams are contracted with which service providers. then it will generate an email addressed to a specific person with a specific text at the provider with details of the contracted user list, budget with a specific text for the email.
