Computer Vision Expert for certain-shape object segmentation

I have a job for a freelancer who can split exactly and smoothly the user hand from the various environment. The user has to put his hand( left hand) onto the hand-shaped region so that the app can detect the user hand correctly. I have already developed the first version and want to improve the accuracy, and I can give you the whole project. The project has to be written in OpenCV [login to view URL] and C++ in Visual Studio 2015+ and it is a Console application to integrate my app. Thanks
