A csharp Winforms applications that goes through a checklist

I am looking for a simple c-sharp Winforms standalone exe that would go through a list of items to check and then report back on same window (not another window or dialog box). It will also need to write this progress into a log file.
It will need to perform 6 main tasks with a few minor tasks within them. If the result of a check comes back positive, then put a PLUS image next to it, otherwise, NEGATIVE.
The user will then need to correct that task and click "check again". Once they click "check again", it would go through that list of items again and confirm that everything checks out.
Once everything checks out, then allow the user to click "Thank you for verifying. You have been approved." Close the application with a successful exit code.
If an item fails, add a line below that specific task, with instruction on how to resolve. In some cases, a hyperlink URL may be needed. This would show up right under the "failed" line or next to it.
Also, allow the user to "delay" if they want. If they click "delay", the window would then go into the system tray for 30 minutes. I also need a (hidden) timer from the time this application is launched. The hidden timer would wait until 120 minutes and then exit with a -2 exit code.
Log folder should be called "Capacitors". Create the folder if it does not exist.
Task list:
- Confirm that logical disk C: has more than 2 GigaBytes of free space. PLUS.
-- If not, then notify that there is not enough disk space and you are not qualified. NEGATIVE.
- Confirm that a specific registry key exists. PLUS
-- If not, then show a note with a LINK to fix. NEGATIVE.
- Run a WMI command and confirm that the response is not part of an exception list. Exception list will need to be listed. We can hardcode this or put it into a text file. PLUS
-- If not, then show a note with a LINK to fix. NEGATIVE.
- Run a PowerShell command and based on reply, check if a specific folder exists. PLUS.
-- If not, then show a note with a LINK to fix. NEGATIVE.
- Run a PowerShell script and report results from it. If no issues, PLUS.
-- If there are issues found from the script, then show a note with a LINK to fix. NEGATIVE.
In short, there will be a company logo on top, short description, "Click here to verify" and "Delay" button. Once the user clicks "Click here to verify", it will then go through the list of items and show a note on how to resolve as well as two buttons at the bottom, "Check again" and "Delay". If everything checks out, then there is no need for "Check again" and "Delay". It should just show a "Thank you for verifying. You have been approved." and close with a successful exit code.
All of these messages need to be shown within the same exe window that we launch.
