customize report based on software

custom report building according to criteria written on attachment below the software has a blog for query writing instruction .attached below and what is needed is to write a query that reflect the report i want the look should be changed to look similar to report sample attached on the excel report template it has sheet one which has the report schema for daily and monthly total , each page consist for one driver and violation he made the second sheet is the monthly summary for all driver consists of totals and max an min violations committed criteria is 1- Seat belt error to be recorded every time the engine is start working but the seat are not in place while the car speed are above 10 km/hr. and this error to be continually recorded every 1 min of driving at a speed above 10 km/hr. 2- The speed limit is 90 km/hr. ( higher speed ) and recorded as below criteria . A- Over the speed limit for 5 second period will record 1 error then if the speed stay over the speed limit the tracker will record an error every 5 second cumulatively . B- If the speed pass the speed limit for ( 0 – 10 ) km / hr. it will recorded an error every 5 second . C- If the speed pass the speed limit for ( 11 – 20 ) km / hr. the device must recorded a double error for every 5 second . D- If the speed pass the speed limit for ( 21 – 40 ) km / hr. the device must recorded 3 error every 5 second . 3- Over 130 km/hr. the device must record 4 errors every 5 second 4- Over riving record an error the RPM needle reach 4500 RPM and stay for more than 2 seconds while the car speed are zero . 5- Harsh breaking as the built in equation from the system to record an error . ( the calibration to be done by trail the average between peak break and high break ) 6- Harsh acceleration as the built in equation from the system to record an error.( the calibration to be done by trail the average between peak accelerate and high accelerate ) 7- The light is on to record an error if the car reach a 5 km/hr. speed and the cars lights was off to be measured upon the system internal time ( from the complete sunset ( after the clock sunset by 30 min ) till 30 min before the sun raise ) 8- Excessive idling to record an error if the engine was on and the car speed was zero for 15 minutes continually time interval . 9- Harsh turning to be record an error as the device equation and after being calibrated by trail the average between the peak turning and max turning ). these articles should be read [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
