We have a package of files that includes 2 Windows executables.
One is a CLI application that maintains the logic that we need. The other has a graphical interface that shows the output generated with the first.
We need a Windows application that can run the GUI executable, which can be minimized to the tray to be running in the background.
This request also needs to provide a local Web server: The goal is for some JavaScript on a site to call a local script URL that accepts a command string as a parameter and run it in the CLI application, and return the result, with use Port 80.

This application should be packaged in an installer/MSI.
