the next row will be the code of the youtube video. for each question it will be possible to attach a video that will be displayed avobe the question.
At the control there will be a checkbox that will be

the default will be

if no video has been added to the video row than the question will be displayed like it is displayed now.
otherwise if a video will be attached then the video will be displayed above the question.
