I am a programmer with more than 12 years of programming experience in call center industry. I have worked on various IVRS like Aspect, Teckinfo, Asterisk based and many more. Relevant Skills and Experience I am sure I can execute complex IVRS with ease. We will need IVRS flow, voice files and access to Ozeski EPABX to setup IVRS to inbound campaign.
