I have been working as data scientist for more than 4 years during which i witnessed varied machine learning projects. I have been actively participating in online machine learning contests out of which i have won few as well. Just a point to share on this project, Accuracy can be termed as wrong metric if your classes are not uniformly distributed. If there is imbalance among classes, you should use other performance metrics. Share sample dataset to confirm feasibility

Hey, I have worked on this problem during my research period. I will first generate a TF-IDF vector first and will use this vector as an input to K-Means and Agglomerative Clustering Algorithm. Then results outputted by these vectors will be compared and the better model will be finally delivered to you. Scikit-learn will be used as the library of choice. When I received it, I am going to train my NLP Deep Neural Network architectures (these are Recurrent Neural Networks with GRU units as short-term memory, which is more enhanced, powerful and modern than using LSTMs) on it to see how good it works.
