I need a software that allows you to upload a shapefile or KMZ and allows you to search all of DigitalGlobes archive, Airbus, Landsat 7&8, and sentinel. Must have options to select by date range, cloud cover, and nadir angle. Also when they find the scene they want there will be a “order” button that will email our sales rep with all the information they need for the order. Must be written in VB .net. No partial payment. Payment will be released once source code has been delivered.
