The project is about creating an intelligent web-of-things applications by acquiring data from various sources on the Internet. The knowledge in the system represented by semantics. The application architecture is service oriented by design and will focus on semantic interoperability with other IoT/WoT systems. Currently we are not looking for a full scale implementation, rather the work revolve around preparing a prototype with limited functionality. Which will be later implemented as a full scale design. Skills required: Programming: Java and web development using SOA Semantics Technologies: OWL, RDF, SPARQL, Xquery, DAML, Java Jena, Storage: NoSQL Database- Ideally MongoDB. Middleware Platform: Any agent based middleware platform( To use with Linked Data Model, FOAF, Event Model, Semantic web rule Language) Services & Api: Service Design and Discovery along with Rest API (Java Management Extensions)

Infrastructure as a code approach should be implemented for each of micro services. Automatic deployment should be based on Docker. Triple storage should be based on Jena TDB / BlazeGraph. As permanent NoSQL storage ElasticSeach/Logstash/Kibana stack can be used. Ontologies can be elaborated using Protege / TopBrade IDE free edition.
