We want to build and develop the uks leading workforce management software rethought and reinvented our schedule solution will cover every aspect of the employees lifecycle from hire to fire, We will incorporate into our system: - Electronic signed contracts stored in the cloud - Staff manuals available for companies - Human resources data centre - Employee E-learning centre - Advance rota schedules that cover ( Compliance, Certifications, Suitability, Availability, Staff leave / unavailability) - Time and attendance - this requires geo location or nfc technology to ensure employees are signing in from the right location - Advance shift control - Getting employees to the right site on time is critical we want to develop a system where the employee reports for duty 90 minutes prior to their scheduled time - Payroll - The ability to enter an unlimited amount of shift payment structures for the system to automatically calculate and issue employee timesheets and payroll data that can be exported into other applications - Eg Sage To be sucesfully be assigned this project you are required to be able to develop: * A Web application * Ios application * Android application * Windows application We will also need a dedicated graphic designer as part of the team

Hello I can write crossplatform software using Qt that will work on Windows, Android and iOS. So it will be one project that will work on different OS, this will save time on development and it will be more easy to manage project and add new features later. UI will be built using Qt technology QML (it uses JavaScript). All calculations and communication with server will be coded on C++ and will work fast.
