Product/service/brand name: Perspective Risk SecAware Gap Analysis Tool. Application is to be branded with the Perspective Risk Logo. Key objectives: 1. Produce a Microsoft Windows compatible, error free, gap analysis tool that is intuitive, heuristic and is capable of producing reports. 2. The data input forms should be easy to navigate. 3. Navigation between input forms should be via command buttons, such as: • New • Exit • Save/ Save as • Next • Back • Administrator (on click, user name and password) • View Report etc. 4. The report should be generated from the data input form and not require editing. 5. The report should utilise a RAG format. 6. There should be space within the data input form for auditors to record comments and recommendations. 7. The application should be delivered in a template format. 8. Data input forms and reports must be capable of "save as" within a Microsoft environment. 9. Reports must be capable of being saved as a pdf document. 10. Both the data input form and report text should be capable of being updated by an administrator. 11. Colour scheme should be consistent Marketing objectives and target audience: The target users will be Perspective Risk auditors with limited information technology skills carrying out onsite investigative work. Generated reports will be read by client management and must be in an easily readable format.
