Write directory defender program for windows

Hi there, I have vast Win32 and C++/Visual C++ development experience, working on large projects - and can develop this Directory Defender program for local drives, within about 5 working days. I've taken a look at the other product in yoru job spec and it seems relatively simple. The best way to monitor a folder for deletion/move is to use a kernel-mode file system driver. and implement any restrictions(on MOVE-ing) within that kernel mode driver.
