update and fix some errors on an ASP.net using SQL database

We have an online registration system on Azure. The person who was helping has health issues and can not keep up with the site so we need a person to help us with this site. He said he uses SQL and ASP.NET and it is hosted on Azure. The registration site is for a church group to attend a camp. The group leader registers himself and then when he creates a group. He chooses which camp session he will attend then he will fill out the details/information on his group and it saves his info and creates a registration code that he sends to his students/parents/sponsor so that they can register their individual camper under his church by filling out a form on the system. The code indicates which group they are to be put under and it only allows for the number of campers he registered to register under his group. Once he reaches the limit then it will no longer accept the code for a new camper to register. Once the parent fills out the form it will print out a form with all of the camp information, legal release, rules etc for them to sign and send with their student to camp. We use the data to filter for our purposes and tracking of each camp and group. This Project: 1) The forms need to be updated with new wording/content and a rearrangement of order when they are printed. 2) The forms need to be standardized for printing such as PDF. Currently they print off page or one line on second page creating issues with signature lines and waste. 3) There are some design issues: buttons over text and rearrangement of where some filters fields are displayed. 4) We also need some added filters for reports of the data. A) Currently the groups filter has every session for all years on one report - we need report by session and by group and by year. B) We need rosters by group and in alphabetical order. Time frame is as soon as possible. Registration opened October 1 and these changes were supposed to be made already. Once these are completed we want to further develop the site to add housing, group locations on campus, payment and amounts due and more.
