Link/Automate stock/reordering on eBay/Amazon using SQL

I currently have an excel file as well as am working on an access database that will take my sales information from the past month or so and use it to calculate values for the next reorder. This unfortunately requires the manual input of information to create the results. I would like to automate my current reordering processes. From eBay and Amazon, I can pull separate excel files that have historical sales history. I would like to be able to drop this excel file into an SQL database that is hosted on AWS and accessible from a web browser possibly using a CMS like Wordpress or Drupal, and it would automatically tell me what I would need to reorder. Once I get the basic model up and running, I'm sure I can figure out the smarts for the order forecasting, I just need some help getting started. It would be extra amazing if the website would even pull these reports automatically from eBay and Amazon on a regular basis. Even better if this would be able to upload current stock values to eBay and Amazon to help save even more time. I currently have 1and1 hosting if you believe this could operate off of that, but am willing to pick up AWS, especially with all the great things I hear about it as well as it being completely free for most of the basic functions which should be more than enough for my application here.
