Outsourcing Data Tasks

Outsourcing: We are an environmental engineering firm seeking assistance in a variety of tasks: 1. We operate a web base scheduling system whereby our jobs are posted for staff and clients to access. We wish to outsource the tasks of: A) posting the job info details direct to the web site after we e-mail you info on a new job booked; B) optimizing the schedule (this may utilize standard mapping software to minimize the distance needed to travel between sites; C) monitoring the schedule - verifying that field data and results have been posted within 24 hours. 2. Result Postings: Our techs e-mail their test results in at the end of each day. After some training from us, we wish to have an outsourcer A) compile the raw field data into a standard report format; B) provide basic quality control; C) post the results on our web site for client access. 3. Compile general information our staff collect in the field into draft generic reports that are in template form. We have template reports for environmenal assessments, tank inspectionsm, spill plans, corrosion reports, etc. etc. which simply means taking raw field data, placing it into the various template report sections, and creating a draft report for our staff to approve and thereafter posted on the web site for client access. We're promoting "client service" and "service deliver". Ideally, the outsourcer would be available to process the daily information gathered by our field staff, transposing this raw data into draft reports during our off hours so that a client can have a report prepared and posted within 24 hours of test completion. Presently, we operate 5 field crews with each crew servicing approx. 2 clients a day. Our prime service areas are in the Northeast USA region - Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts & New York.
